Elliott

Elliott was diagnosed with PKS when he was 3 weeks old. He was born with a diaphragmatic hernia which was the first sign that something was wrong. He spent 2 months in the NICU and was discharged with no need of any technology. Since then he has undergone intense therapy (PT, OT, Speech and Aquatic Therapy) at 3 years old he got a diagnosis of autism. He took his first steps at 4 years old. He is currently enrolled at a school where he receives 1 on 1 ABA therapy full time Monday-Friday. He is able to communicate with a few words and using the PECS system and his iPad.
